I enjoyed the collaboration, so that it wasn’t like we kind of gave you a list of requirements. and then a month later there was a new page on the CRM. The collaboration helped us kind of clarify what it was we were looking for. You’d ask questions that we wouldn’t ourselves think to ask. There might be an unstated assumption and sometimes just having an outsider ask the questions that an insider may not think to ask is helpful to shed light on the process.
I have never come up with a question that you guys couldn’t answer and the timing of your responsiveness is unparalleled. I’ve worked with people in the past where that has certainly not been the case – but you have always been able to answer my question, have done it in a timely manner, and like I said before, sometimes have even done it before I thought of the question, which is great.
